Can I add a child or infant to an existing booking on Singapore Airlines?

Yes you can, but this has to be done over the phone. Singapore Airlines’ reservations team can be reached at:

When calling, use the following script:

  • Offer to provide your existing booking reference, or “PNR”, right from the start.
  • Request that a child or infant be added or linked to this PNR
  • Confirm that the child or infant will be travelling on the same route and on the same flight, and let the agent know if you are looking to book a ticket with or without a seat. If without a seat, advise the agent that you are booking for a a “lap infant”.
  • The agent should quote you the cost of this extra ticket
  • Reconfirm details and make payment for the ticket when requested.
